Return Process

  Log in to your Atari account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all controllers, cables, and manuals to ensure a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
